Antenna has good gain. I can receive weak signals. Works as It should.Don't forget that this antenna is directional. It must be directed to broadcast source.
There was no manual in the box, but you can download it from Philips site.
Antennaweb dot org page can help you to predict how much channels you can expect to receive and where you need to direct antenna.
